With thousands of all-natural nutrition supplements on the market, it can still be challenging to determine which ones are really safe and free of negative side effects. Even natural ingredients and herbal nutritional supplements have some drawbacks and disadvantages, and some people can experience adverse side effects after just one dose. One of the latest all-natural dietary supplements on the market is Stemulite, an antiaging and weight loss formula that promises to encourage stem cell production and help dieters, athletes and non-athletes alike improve their health and fitness levels. However, some people are reporting negative side effects after taking Stemulite.
Stephen Holt, a 2003 ACE Personal Trainer of the Year and Stemulite Fitness Formula Consultant recently blogged about a female who experienced a notable increase in her heart rate after taking Stemulite. This individual took the Stemulite Fitness formula for approximately one week until she experienced a faster than normal heart rate (a condition known as tachycardia).
However, Dr. Summers, the creator of Stemulite explains that key ingredients in Stemulite – especially L-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid – are in fact anti-arrhythmic and may not be the root cause of the problem. The real problem may be that Stemulite is encouraging a higher than normal energy release from previously inactive cells; one way to reduce the negative side effects of Stemulite is to take up to 2000 mg of Vitamin C (twice daily) to balance out the excess electron charge.
